	The CMM 220 series is a high quality 2mm pitch connector with proven high reliability under the most extreme environmental conditions. The new 'board to board / board to wire / wire to wire' interconnection system benefits from the option of a mixed layout, giving the designer a choice of high frequency, high power, fibre optic and low frequency configurations with no cost penalty for specific requirements. Termination styles are available through solder, surface mount, and press-fit, whilst an integral jacking mechanism offers security of interconnection. Along with a small, space saving 2mm footprint, the system also features a high reliability contact design, which performs well under conditions of extreme vibration.
	The CMM 220 has been developed for aerospace, instrumentation and control, military and transportation markets. Applications include avionic systems, rail safety products, industrial computers and power supplies.
