724 Workstation Continous Monitor
Several new features enables the 3M 724 Workstation Monitor to
increase productivity and versatility for its user, especially those on assembly
lines.
The workstation monitor is improve with the addition of:
a slide switch to set the applied voltage to 9 or 16 volts, a slide switch
to set the loop resistance to 10 or 35 megohms, the ability to connect a third
wire ground, a unique sounding alarm for each alarm condition, and a quick
connect/disconnect dual remote.
The
3M 724 Workstation Monitor
continuously
checks the resistance of the work surface, operator and the wiring
connections. The monitor uses a reliable resistance method that actually
includes the operators skins resistance to determine if the system
is operating correctly.
Workstation monitor provides instant notification of static
control equipment failure to an ESD workstation, resulting in improved customer
product reliability and eliminating costly audits and record keeping.
The
3M 2300 Series Dual Conductor Wrist Strap
are used
in conjunction with the 724 Workstation Monitor.
The 724 Workstation Monitor is manufactured in an ISO9002 registered
facility and shipped with a certificate of conformance.
