Challenger Components is a major, specialist UK distributor of
Connectors, Fans and Static-control products.
Based in Sittingbourne, Kent since 1984, we have over 50 years of combined
expertise in all three of our specialist fields and can offer technical support
at all stages of product design-in.
In addition to our technical advice, our substantial stock of most products
allows us to offer competitive pricing and quick deliveries.

Static control products
One of the company’s specialist services is static control, an area
of expertise that Challenger Components Ltd has developed
over many years. Challenger’s engineers carefully survey a customer’s
need for electrostatic protection and write a detailed technical report
and cost analysis.
The aim is to ensure customers are supplied with a quality,
leading edge static control solution on time and at an attractive price
from the world leader 3M.
Challenger Components Ltd is the only 3M authorised Static Survey
Consultant in the UK.
Fans and blowers
The company’s highly trained staff can also help with standard and
custom fan and blower applications. Challenger is an approved distributor
for ebm-papst. As well as supplying standard products their engineers can
offer custom solutions ranging from simply extending the lead length to more
complex, intelligent fan tray units.
Connectors
Offering some of the industry‘s widest
range from manufacturers such as 3M Interconnect, Amphenol, Nicomatic and
Cooper Interconnect- WPI with products geared towards the military, aerospace,
transport, industrial and communications market.
Challenger Components is particularly well placed to assist with
any existing or potential connector applications.
